41 year old James Wilson Born of Kitscoty, Alberta plead guilty today in Swift Current Provincial Court and will serve 6 monthes in jail. Born was arrested in Shaunavon on Sunday following an attempted home invasion. He was charged with: Break and Enter, Obstructing a Police Officer, Trespass at Night, Mischief Under $5000, Causing a Disturbance and Breach of Probation. Alcohol was also a contributing factor in Born's arrest in Shaunavon. Born also faces numerous outstanding charges from Lloydminster including failure to appear for a scheduled court date.
