
08/03/2012 - Theodore Sibbald of Sibbald Roofing, has pleaded guilty to four counts under the Occupational Health and Safety and handed a $9800 fine. The ruling was made in Moose Jaw Provincial Court on July 25. The conviction is related to an incident which occurred on November 21, 2009. Two workers were injured when their ladderjack scaffold plank broke while shingling a house. During a separate inspection three workers were observed without a proper fall protection system. Six other charges against Theodore Sibbald were stayed.
